IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Deliver exceptional service to existing and prospective policyholders via phone, email, and SMS.
- Retain and grow customers by managing renewals, identifying at-risk accounts
- Drive revenue through consultative selling, quoting and binding additional lines of coverage.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- 2-3 years of personal lines insurance experience in a service, retention, or sales support role.
- Hold a Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license in at least 10 states
- Proven success preventing cancellations, rewriting business, applying retention-focused mindset
