About the Role:

  • Leading the Enterprise sales team for the Americas, you'll drive new business by selling the world's most flexible promotions and loyalty platform.
  • You'll own the full sales cycle from outbounding to closing, selling to complex organizations and C-suites.
  • This is a remote role with occasional travel, requiring Eastern or Central Time Zone hours.

About the Team:

  • You will lead a growing Enterprise Sales team of 3 sellers, part of a 20+ person global sales function.

  • You'll collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and Marketing to close complex deals.

What We Need You to Bring:

  • 8+ years in enterprise SaaS go-to-market roles, including 3+ years of people management.
  • Proven history of consistent forecasting and revenue delivery in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset and mastery of sales qualification methodologies.
