Client Experience Agent

Responsibilities:

• Manage high-volume inbound communications across phone, chat, email, and social media.
• Handle phone inquiries with under 3-minute response time and first-call resolution.
• Document interactions and reconcile grievances per company standards.

Requirements:

• 6-12 months customer service experience with phone and chat support preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette, typing skills, and proficiency with ticketing systems.
• Must reside within 25 miles of a [solidcore] studio in Eastern Time Zone.
