Summary:

  • Provide a high level of customer service while assisting clients and vendors with maintenance requests, accounting questions, and other general inquiries over phone, chat, and email.
  • Available to receive all incoming calls following necessary scripts and standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Listen to voicemails, process chats from residents, and manage emails from managers, vendors, and homeowners.
  • Create work orders and relay them to vendors or managers; return all calls per company policy.
  • Communicate with managers regarding special requests and adhere to standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 18 years old with high school diploma or equivalent; at least 2 years of call center customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and office equipment; typing speed of 30 wpm.
  • Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
