Market Development:
- Work with the Regional Sales Manager and team to develop and implement a regional plan to increase market share and improve customer service.
- Establish communication systems to ensure execution of the plan and achievement of quarterly objectives.
- Build relationships with hospital personnel to expand contacts and identify key decision makers.
Education and Training:
- Educate existing and potential customers on the merits and proper clinical use of company products through presentations and demonstrations.
- Keep customers updated on the latest product, therapy, and technology developments.
- Assist in training new employees, including Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists.
Customer Service:
- Serve as primary resource for clinical support, including procedural coverage, troubleshooting, and follow-up for company products.
- Report and track product incidents, following procedures to resolve problems.
- Prospect and develop relationships with prospective customers, converting them to Penumbra customers.
