Sales & Market Development:
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to drive revenue growth within municipal fire departments, county governments, state agencies, airport fire departments, and related public-sector markets.
- Generate new business opportunities through direct outreach, networking, customer visits, industry events, demonstrations, and the development of distributor and channel partner relationships.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with fire service, emergency response, procurement, distributor, and channel partner stakeholders.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on fluorine-free foam performance, PFAS transition planning, and implementation strategies while supporting distributor engagement, training, and business development efforts.
Government & Procurement Support:
- Support customers through public-sector procurement processes, cooperative purchasing programs, and budget cycles.
- Assist in identifying purchasing pathways and contract vehicles that facilitate product acquisition.
Strategic Execution & Market Intelligence:
- Collaborate with Product Development, Operations, Marketing, and Leadership teams to communicate customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Represent Vorbeck at conferences, trade shows, training events, customer demonstrations, burn tests, and industry meetings.
