Execution:
- Design and implement comprehensive partner enablement programs.
- Work with creative, comms, or marketing whenever possible to maximize reuse of existing content and maintain brand standards.
- Coordinate and lead training sessions, workshops, and webinars to educate partners on products, services, and best practices.
Data Analysis:
- Work with data analysts to establish consistent dashboards for awareness, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Monitor how the content created is used by strategic partners.
- Provide insights and suggestions to stakeholders based on data and feedback.
Strategy:
- Collaborate with product / partner leadership and sales to define and refine strategic partner enablement strategies.
- Define what approach / materials will be needed for products at all stages of the lifecycle for the channels you manage.
- Plan and execute product launch campaigns for assigned channels and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
