Role Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendaring and inbox triage for the co-founders, scheduling internal and external meetings.
- Coordinate travel for the Growth team: flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itinerary management.
- Support the People team with interview scheduling, event logistics, offsites, and culture programming.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in administrative, operations, or office management roles.
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives with calendar and inbox management.
- Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and high integrity around confidentiality.
