Manager, Ecosystem Partnerships & Initiatives

Responsibilities:

• Shape the strategic vision and operating system for the partnerships org, including defining partner categories and partnership strategy.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Ops to structure and scale complex deals.
• Own the rhythm of the business, bringing structure and rigor to the product partnerships team.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, management consulting, or similar roles.
• Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing partnership agreements with structured commercial terms.
• Ability to operate across a multi-product portfolio and use data to inform prioritization and investment.
