Bookkeeper

Your Role:

• Record and categorize financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Organize and maintain accounting records, financial documentation, and company files.
• Perform reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to help ensure accurate financial reporting.

Your Impact:

• The Head of Finance never has to wonder whether the books are organized, transactions are recorded, or reconciliations are up to date.
• Reconciliations don't pile up, and you catch discrepancies early.
• Month-end is smoother because you've kept the day-to-day accounting work organized.

What We're Looking For:

• 2–5 years of bookkeeping, accounting assistant, or operational accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing accurate work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset and willingness to take ownership of your work.
