Job Description
Customer Interaction:
- Enroll customer users on the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Provide timely and accurate information about training programs.
- Engage with customers to encourage participation in training programs.
Administrative Tasks:
- Manage invoicing and raise purchase orders.
- Maintain Excel sheets for tracking costs versus budget.
- Organize training course outlines.
Quality Assurance:
- Test and peer-review eLearnings and certification exams.
- Ensure training packages meet quality standards.
- Support the management of Approved Trainers and Training Centers.
