This role involves:
- Customer Coordination: Coordinate new customer activities with team members, keeping all parties informed of requirements and timelines, reporting metrics and opportunities to stakeholders.
- Customer Support: Act as a primary customer contact, ensuring responsiveness and taking ownership of customer challenges through deployment, troubleshooting, and providing necessary guidance.
- Technical Collaboration: Partner with Engineering and Product teams to resolve customer issues and develop new solutions, contributing to documentation and participating in QA processes.
- Proactive Engagement: Interface with customers during contracting, gather technical requirements, and provide proactive training and support, demonstrating Airship's value.
- Product Expertise: Understand customer use-cases to guide technical teams and assist in writing documentation and tutorials.
