Role Overview:
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners in English-speaking markets.
- Develop scalable acquisition channels with project teams, trading communities, affiliates, KOLs, brokers, and exchanges.
- Own the entire BD lifecycle from outreach to ongoing performance management.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in crypto BD, partnerships, affiliate growth, or business development.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and data-driven pipeline management skills.
- An established network of relevant partners and evidence of business impact.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with CEX, DEX, perpetual futures, or trading platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to bring in active traders or high-value strategic partners.
- Knowledge of multiple regions or market segments.
