Managing Inquiries: Answer inquiry calls, emails, web forms, etc., and provide live program information to patients, families, and referrers. Respond to inquiries quickly and efficiently while routing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Data Management: Collect patient information and input data points into various platforms and systems. Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.
Customer Support: Schedule patient screening appointments, conduct reminder calls, and provide support to patients/families who request live contact. Resolve patient requests in one call/contact, managing complex issues with high attention to customer experience.
Admissions Process: Encourage interested families/patients to move forward with the admissions process. Facilitate the smooth transition of patients into the program.
