What You'll Do:
- Headhunt A-players with AI-built lists and engage them via LinkedIn and email.
- Run end-to-end interviews and own offers, references, and handovers.
What Success Looks Like:
- By day 30, roles are in late-stage interviews and you know the next 10 hires.
- By year one, 80%+ hit forecast dates and pass 90-day reviews.
You're a Fit If:
- 5+ years in outbound recruiting, including headhunting leadership roles.
- Available 9 AM–6 PM ET and comfortable with US time zones.
