Job Summary:

  • Supports a portfolio of clients by delivering client outcomes.
  • Manages cases in Salesforce, investigating system issues, and responding to client inquiries.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manages the full case lifecycle in Salesforce while maintaining clear communication.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Support, or SaaS.
  • Technical experience using analysis to prioritize work and communicate information.
