Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate discovery sessions: Uncover customer challenges and show how CRM and Industry solutions can make a difference.
  • Develop engaging demos: Configure and customize demos to showcase AI agents, automation, and workflows.
  • Partner with sales teams: Translate technical capabilities into compelling stories for both business and technical audiences.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with AI: Leverage or critically think about how to integrate AI into work processes.
  • Pre-sales experience: Have 2+ years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering.
  • Industry knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific workflows, challenges, and compliance requirements (bonus for Financial Services or Healthcare).
