Responsibilities:
- Provide multilingual customer support through email, live chat and phone.
- Assist with onboarding, KYC and account maintenance.
- Support MT4/MT5 platform issues and technical troubleshooting.
- Manage requests via ticketing systems and maintain CRM records.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in FX/CFD customer support.
- Fluency in English plus one additional language.
- Strong knowledge of MT4/MT5 platforms.
- Experience with KYC, onboarding, and CRM systems.
