• Lead and manage the small and mid-market sales team, reporting to the VP of Sales, and play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and strategic initiatives.
• You'll sit alongside Enterprise Sales Directors, sharing accounts and handing deals across segments, with continuous interaction across every level.

What You'll Own:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, enforce disciplined sales processes, and use AI tools to enhance team performance and forecast accuracy.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and inclusive collaboration while traveling up to 50% for client engagement.
