Overview of Role:
- The Associate Director will have a high-level HR generalist background with at least 7 years’ experience in total rewards, including benefit and compensation, as well as HR Operations.
- The role will be responsible for supporting various business needs including comprehensive total rewards programs, HR policies, HR systems, programs and initiatives.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage the development, implementation and administration of global compensation and benefit programs.
- Monitor effectiveness of compensation practices and benefit offerings, recommending cost-effective changes.
- Manage annual compensation planning process, including increases, bonus, and equity plan administration.
Experience, Education and Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; at least 3 years in Life Sciences/Pharmaceuticals.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Total Rewards specifically compensation and benefits.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and US benefit and compensation expertise.
