Technical Sourcer (6-Month Contract)

Job Description:

• You will support a consumer technology platform's engineering searches by activating passive candidates.
• You will partner with engineering leadership on market intelligence and sourcing strategy.
• This is a temporary, U.S.-based contract position focusing on hard-to-fill technical roles.

Responsibilities:

• You will convert technical requirements into targeted sourcing approaches and build candidate pipelines.
• You will conduct total addressable market research and analyze competitor organizations.
• You will use boolean search, x-ray techniques, and GitHub sourcing to find passive talent.

Qualifications:

• You need 5+ years of technical sourcing experience, preferably in high-growth tech.
• You must have expert boolean search skills and proficiency with SeekOut, Gem, and LinkedIn.
• Strong stakeholder management and data-driven approach are required.

Additional Information:

• This is a full-time contract position expected to last six months at $75 per hour.
• Candidates must be US-based; remote work is considered for the right fit.
• The client prefers Bay Area candidates but will consider remote within the US.
