Program Manager, Supplemental Benefits Strategy & Operations

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end program management for supplemental benefit implementations, ensuring successful delivery from requirements through launch and ongoing optimization.
• Lead vendor management across multiple benefit categories, serving as the primary point of accountability for vendor performance and delivery.
• Drive large, complex implementations by coordinating across various departments and external partners.

Requirements:

• Bring 4–6+ years of experience in program management, operations, or strategy, with a strong track record of leading large, complex implementations.
• Have deep experience with vendor management, including overseeing performance, managing SLAs, and driving accountability.
• Possess strong domain expertise in supplemental benefits within Medicare Advantage.
