Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle executive searches for C-suite roles (CEO, CFO, CTO, COO, CRO, CISO, and similar) and board of directors appointments.
  • Develop and execute customized search strategies for each engagement, leveraging research, market intelligence, and a robust professional network.
  • Conduct rigorous candidate evaluations, including competency-based interviews, leadership assessments, and reference checks.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in executive recruitment, with a strong track record of placing C-suite executives and board members.
  • Demonstrated expertise recruiting within the Banking, FinTech, and/or Technology industries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Work Environment:

  • Fully remote position based in Bogotá, Colombia, with the ability to collaborate across multiple time zones.
