Client Experience Manager – Early Morning + Flexible Schedule (Full-Time, Remote | B2B SaaS)

Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide early morning and flexible schedule support via email, handling inquiries and issues for rehab therapy clinics.
• Act as a bridge between customer experience and product stability, including post-release issue resolution.
• Contribute to internal process improvements and knowledge base updates.

Your Background and Skills:

• Experience as a rehab clinician (SLP, OT, PT, COTA, or PTA) with strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Availability for Monday-Friday 4-8 AM ET plus four consecutive hours later.
• High proficiency in MS Excel and exceptional written and verbal communication.
