Role Overview:
- Connect contractors and trade professionals with service requests to ensure timely homeowner assistance.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with service providers across designated regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete daily tasks according to management priorities and performance expectations.
- Assign technicians to work orders, confirm appointments, and follow up on service execution.
- Track work orders and update records using CRM systems.
Requirements:
- Two or more years in customer-facing roles with strong English communication skills.
- Experience with contractors or home services preferred; proficiency in Excel and CRM.
- Ability to work with US-based teams and overlap with US Eastern Time business hours.
Benefits:
- Annual salary of ₹337,500–₹472,500 INR plus night shift allowance.
