About the Role:
- You will be the voice of our Tracking Department, handling inbound and outbound calls to help customers and agents navigate insurance requirements.
- This remote role involves educating callers on required documentation and completing loan transactions with accuracy and care.
What You'll Do:
- Field inbound calls and make outbound calls across all escrow and non-escrow insurance products.
- Validate and update loan records, match insurance documents, and resolve inquiries in a timely manner.
