Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers via email and outbound telephone to establish rapport and gather information
• Educate customers and loan officers on next steps for mortgage files
• Input data into computer systems and disposition files based on customer interest

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of customer service, call center, or sales experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers achieve financial goals

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay is $17 per hour plus benefits
• Remote position with availability for Pacific Time schedule starting between 5am-9:45am PST
• Overtime and weekend Saturday rotation required
