Payroll Specialist - Level 2

Payroll Process:

• Initiate and track employee onboarding via ADP Workforcenow.
• Review employee data for accuracy and update information in the system.
• Ensure data integrity by reviewing timecards and inputting additional earnings.

Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with US tax laws and regulations.
• Calculate and process payroll adjustments in ADP Workforce Now.
• Prepare weekly and monthly headcount summary and other reports.

Problem Solving:

• Respond to and resolve payroll inquiries in a confidential manner.
• Edit ADP setup to accommodate labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Approach each day with a "Zag" mindset and address issues proactively.
