- Lead teams, foster experimentation, and own demand intelligence and attribution models.

- 8-12 years in B2B marketing with trajectory into systems-level strategy and demand leadership.
- Owned marketing operations and technology stack; fluent in channel-led GTM models.
- Deeply data literate, has used AI in real GTM context, and leads cross-functional teams.
