Role Summary:
- Manage submission workflows to ensure timely peer review and resolve vendor or colleague queries professionally.
- Troubleshoot manuscript and system issues, proactively raising data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
Workflows:
- Ensure queries are addressed professionally and escalate issues appropriately.
- Maintain standard workflows and implement process updates when approved.
Projects:
- Contribute to workflow projects and initiate proposals as requested.
- Serve as daily liaison with vendor representatives, monitoring performance against KPIs.
