Operations Strategy Associate

**About the Role:**

• This is a generalist role for an 'all-around athlete' who can handle diverse problems and is eager to flex into various responsibilities.
• You will work within one of our Operations teams, with projects that are high-impact and directly affect customers, product, and business.

**What You May Do:**

• Redesign processes like converting customers from checks to eCheck to speed up cash conversion.
• Research and onboard AI agents for customer-facing efforts, and build predictive analytics to catch bad payers.
• Lead quality task forces, manage teams of agents, and handle workflows including customer interactions.
