The Role:
- You will own and scale our research recruitment operations, working with prospects, customers, and panel partners.
- You’ll sit at the center of our participant marketplace, ensuring a great experience and efficient fulfillment.
What You'll Do:
- Manage vendor relationships, assess performance, and onboard new partners based on business needs.
- Review customer requirements, place and monitor orders, and troubleshoot fulfillment challenges.
- Build processes and collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve internal tools.
