ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Dedicated People partner for Product and Creative departments.
- Work closely with Directors and Sr. Directors to ensure team alignment.
- Resolve complex professional issues with independent judgment.
YOU WILL:
- Partner with Product and Creative leaders to refine roles and responsibilities.
- Advise frontline managers and Directors on performance management.
- Drive execution of our performance culture and lead the review process.
YOU HAVE:
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally with tech or creative organizations.
- Solid understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Strong ability to persuade others and adapt your style to meet stakeholder needs.
