Role Description:
- Work closely with leadership across Tech and Product, to understand, execute and provide thought partnership on key people priorities.
- Translate technical and business context into clear, actionable people recommendations for our Tech Teams
- Develop strong relationships and build trust with employees at all levels.
Role Qualifications:
- 3-5 years operating in a People/HR Business Partner capacity
- Experience working with Engineering and Product leaders and/or with technical talent.
- Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and bring open-ended priorities to completion
Role Requirements:
- Travel to other US offices, as needed
- Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources or relevant field
- Familiarity with Google Suite
