Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and place candidates for light industrial roles using AI feedback.
- Make high-volume calls to workers across different time zones to ensure shift coverage.
- Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates and the Territory Operations Team.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an operations-focused role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong work ethic, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
