Product Operations:
- Build the full operating system of the CPO organization including strategic planning cycles, OKR design, and board-level reporting.
- Define and own the commercial data infrastructure with KPI frameworks, dashboards, and analytics pipelines.
- Establish release governance and pricing launch protocols to ensure every product release ships with a commercial model.
Pricing Strategy & Execution:
- Set the long-term vision and annual roadmap for Acumatica's pricing architecture across CTV consumption tiers, edition structure, and module economics.
- Lead AI monetization strategy end-to-end, designing commercial models for AI features as they advance through the Vista VCT arc.
- Own the annual price increase program targeting NRR improvement toward best-in-class SaaS benchmarks with defensible WTP grounding.
Product Strategy:
- Partner with the CPO to define the multi-year commercial product strategy including packaging evolution and land-and-expand motion design.
- Lead packaging architecture initiatives to lower SMB acquisition friction and engineer expansion triggers.
- Own competitive intelligence for commercial strategy, monitoring pricing and AI monetization of key competitors like NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
