Client Advisory
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Staff Augmentation services to grow the overall services footprint, acting as the liaison between Resource Management, Sales, and People and Organizational Health.
- Interface with customers to gather intelligence, assist sales teams in generating opportunities, and proactively manage staff aug placements to ensure client alignment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in staffing recruitment and business development, with a proven record in full-desk augmentation for Cloud, Security, and Data roles.
- Excellent client-facing, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with strong financial acumen and the ability to multitask and collaborate across internal teams.
