ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Serves as the primary operational interface for partner field teams.
  • Strengthens relationships with partner sellers and their technical counterparts.
  • Supports joint go-to-market execution.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Build and maintain a list of partner field team sales and technical contacts.
  • Facilitate introductions, communication, and ongoing relationship development between partner sellers and NetBox Labs field teams.
  • Ensure accurate, timely partner opportunity registration and maintain high CRM data quality.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Early-career professional with 1–3 years of experience in tech startups, partner ecosystems, sales operations, or customer success.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective remote worker with strong time management and self-direction.
