What you will do:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve premium growth and profitability for the Retail Excess Casualty portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokerage leadership, producers, and key agency stakeholders.
- Provide market intelligence and collaborate with underwriting teams to align business development efforts with risk appetite.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Insurance, or related field, plus 5+ years of commercial insurance experience.
- Demonstrated success in business development, sales, or brokerage relationship management with strong industry relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
