About the Role:
- We are looking for a Senior People Business Partner to drive organizational design and talent strategy.
- This role reports to the VP of Talent and focuses on scaling leadership capability.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders on team effectiveness and workforce planning.
- Coach managers through performance management and employee relations.
- Lead talent reviews and succession planning.
Qualifications:
- Experience in organizational design, team effectiveness, and talent strategy.
- Ability to influence leaders and navigate complex dynamics.
- Strong data-driven approach to identify challenges.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary of $150,000 plus equity.
