Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote first-tier helpdesk support via phone, chat, and self-service.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers to resolution.
  • Document interactions in CRM and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or helpdesk.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to type at least 35 WPM.
