What You'll Do:
- Onboard and launch new customers, managing platform setup and technical integrations for fast time-to-value.
- Drive product adoption through training and relationship building, helping clients achieve business outcomes.
- Monitor customer health, manage renewals, and identify upsell opportunities to maximize lifetime value.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven Customer Success experience in a B2B SaaS product environment with a structured team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive, customer-centric approach.
- Experience with affiliate marketing, AdTech, or iGaming is a plus.
