Responsibilities:
- Assist pediatric and orthodontic dental offices with inbound and outbound calls.
- Follow up with patients to confirm appointments and provide pre-visit instructions.
- Collect and update patient information accurately and confidentially.
Qualifications:
- Must reside in El Paso, TX and be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely with technology.
