Bilingual Call Center Representative

What You'll Do:

• Handle incoming calls through an automated phone system and direct calls appropriately.
• Investigate inquiries and provide responses that meet service level agreements.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• At least six months of customer service or phone-based support experience.
• Strong computer skills and ability to work with different departments.
