About the Role:
- We are seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Insurance Call Center team.
- You will handle inbound calls and assist AAA members with their insurance and membership needs.
What You'll Do:
- Answer calls, resolve issues, and recommend products.
- Navigate multiple systems while providing personalized service.
- Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Need:
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
- Ability to work from home with dedicated quiet space and internet.
