About the Role:
- Field inbound calls from customers providing support for phone services and inmate account funding.
- Ensure smooth management of inmate financial needs while helping families stay connected.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries via inbound telephone interactions in a polite and professional manner.
- Document each encounter/resolution in the computer tracking system.
- Forward specific inquiries as directed for priority resolution.
Work at Home Requirements:
- Provide high-speed wired internet with upload speed of 25 Mbps and download speed of 50 Mbps.
- Use a supported smartphone or tablet with Microsoft Authenticator installed.
