- Upload legal contracts into Ironclad, manage version control, and ensure data accuracy.
- Facilitate contract execution and monitor signature status for pipeline visibility.
- Conduct audits of executed agreements to validate terms, metadata, and compliance.
Provider Roster Submission & Deal Operations:
- Manage roster uploads, metadata validation, TIN/track allocation, and pricing coordination.
- Ensure final deal terms reflected accurately in contracts and reporting systems.
- Track submission milestones, surface risks, and meet all completion deadlines.
What You'll Bring:
- 2-3 years in operations, customer success operations, or related functions.
- Experience working cross-functionally across operational, commercial, and technical teams.
- Strong coordination instincts and clear written communication skills.
