Job Description

Account Managers at Array are responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts to achieve new product sales targets, building and maintaining strong client relationships and managing client renewals to ensure long term partnership. They will work collaboratively with Customer Success Managers, Sales AEs, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance and leadership to hit growth targets by driving wider adoption of Arrayโ€™s products. You will: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts, upselling and cross-selling products or services to maximize revenue generation and hit sales targets. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients. Manage renewal cycles / contract negotiation. Generate sales reports, analyze customer data, and identify trends to inform strategic decisions. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience and successful outcomes.
