- Facilitate Mento training programs and conduct quality reviews to identify development needs.
- Support continuous coach growth through feedback, practice, and programming.
Select and Assess Mento Coaches:
- Interview and evaluate prospective coaches against Mento's coaching standards.
- Identify quality patterns and translate them into meaningful developmental feedback.
Scale Coach Training Programs:
- Evolve coach trainings for scale while maintaining rigor and quality.
- Build a Train-the-Trainer playbook and codify facilitator development.
Build the Coach-Development Journey:
- Create an integrated development pathway extending beyond initial training.
- Support ICF accreditation and ongoing evolution of training.
