Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end HR operations including contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and records.
Coordinate recruitment, reference checks, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company values and practices.

Qualifications:

5+ years HR experience with a degree in social sciences, management, or economics.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and people-centered approach.
